With a multicultural academic background and more than 10 years of international teaching experience, Diego specializes in helping students achieve high scores in IELTS and TOEFL while building the confidence to communicate naturally in real-world situations. Born in Colombia and raised in Australia, he later relocated to Taiwan, where he developed his career in education.

Diego holds a PhD in Transcultural Studies from National Chung Hsing University, where his research focused on tourism, culture, environmental issues, and social conflict. He also completed a Master’s degree at Taipei National University of the Arts, specializing in cultural heritage, creative industries, and sustainable tourism in Taiwan. His academic work has been presented in New York, Macau, Korea, and Taiwan, and he has published multiple articles in English-language academic journals.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese, Diego understands the challenges Asian learners face when preparing for English proficiency exams.
